This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which Aishwarya Prabhudev Chulaki (doing business as Keepsake, "we," "us," or "our") offers refunds and cancellations for purchases made on https://dropakeepsake.com ("Website") and through the Keepsake browser extension ("Services"). By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Keepsake sells digital products — "letter credits" that let you create and send keepsake links, and an optional "Lifetime" plan that grants unlimited use. These are delivered to your account instantly and electronically at the time of a successful payment. Because the product is digital and delivered immediately, the terms below apply.
Letter credit bundles (for example, the 5-, 10-, and 15-letter packs) are delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment. As a result, all sales of credit bundles are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances below:
Outside of these circumstances, purchased credits are non-refundable — including once any credit from a bundle has been used to create or send a keepsake.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants unlimited use. Because of its higher value, we offer a short cooling-off period:
The duplicate-charge and non-delivery exceptions described above also apply to the Lifetime plan.
New accounts receive a number of complimentary letter credits at no cost. Because these are provided free of charge, they carry no monetary value and are not eligible for any refund or cash equivalent.
Keepsake does not sell subscriptions and does not bill you on a recurring basis. All purchases — credit bundles and the Lifetime plan — are one-time payments. There is therefore nothing to cancel to stop future charges, because no future or recurring charges are made.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your data, including any remaining credits; deletion does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases, except where this policy otherwise provides.

Payments on Keepsake are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If a refund is approved, any credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
